Laura - October 2026
Laura’s Ministry in Chad
Laura grew up in Gainesville and attended Creekside. She felt God’s call to missions at a young age and has had a passion for reaching the lost and unreached ever since.
Laura is a Family Nurse Practitioner and loves using her medical training to bless people wherever God places her. Ten years ago, she moved to Chad, where she has served on the Arab Nomad Team ever since.
The team seeks to serve both the physical and spiritual needs of Arab nomads in Chad, a people group of approximately 1.5 million people with almost no known believers.
Over the past year, Laura has been unable to return to Chad due to political circumstances. During that time, she has supported teams in Asia and taken a sabbatical. She is now planning to support a team in Kenya for a few months while seeking the Lord’s guidance about where He would have her serve until Chad reopens.
